The Heat Zone

Top up your relaxing adventure with our heat experiences:

Sauna

Revitalize yourself from top to toe.  Eliminate the toxins and obtain cleaner, softer and healthier skin.

Finnish sauna

This is a dry bath where the air humidity is low and the air temperature is from 95°C tо 110°C.

The alternating hot and cold cycles, as well as the periods of rest are characteristic of the classical sauna process and lead to improved blood circulation and a stronger immune system.

Infrared sauna

This is a dry cabin in which the body is heated not through the ambient temperature of the room, but via wavelength beams, which come from the infrared spectrum. The infrared beams heat only the body, without heating the ambient air in the cabin, at a depth from 2 to 4 cm. This is an alternative to the traditional sauna, known to put less pressure on the heart and body. The infrared sauna also helps to break down fat deposits in cellulite formations. It is especially beneficial for people suffering from asthma and skin allergies, helping the body to get rid of toxins, slag and other harmful substances.

Vapor Bath

Refresh yourself after a good workout in the vapor bath. The warm steam is great for loosening and relaxing your muscles.

The vapor bath is a steambath with the injection of saline solution. The air temperature in the room ranges from 37°C to 55°C. The equal heat emitted from all sides warms up the body in a tender way, giving a favorable effect.

Hammam

A Turkish bath is characterized by high air humidity and a temperature of 50°C. An exotic foam massage is performed while you lay on the hot marble stone and hot water is used from heated marble tubs for cleansing.

Dear guests,

We would like to inform you that the steam bath will be closed from March 19th until March 27th due to reconstruction work.
