Payment and cancellation policy for early booking reservations:
- All reservations made until 15.03.2024 must be prepaid at 100% until 31.03.2024.
- Cancellations/changes made until 31.03.2024. are accepted free of charge
- Cancellations/changes made after 31.03.2024. – 100% of the reservation value is non-refundable.
- Discounts are only applied if payments are made within the specified deadlines. After the payment deadline, unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled.
Payment and cancellation policy for bookings without early bookings:
- All reservations must be paid in full by April 22, 2024.
- Cancellations/changes made until 22.04.2024. are accepted free of charge.
- Cancellations/changes made after 04/23/2024. or in case of no-show – 100%% of the reservation value is non-refundable.
- After the payment deadline, unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled.
