Do you have experience in organizing events and activities?

We have established traditions in organizing weddings, proms, conferences and other events. Over the last few years one of the biggest poker tournaments in Europe was held at our hotel, as well as the 2015 annual gathering of FIS (Federation International de Ski).

Do you have rooms with two separate beds?

Yes, most of our hotel rooms are equipped with twin beds - Standard and Superior.

Do you provide parking for participants? Is it free?

We have the largest private parking in Golden Sands Resort. All guests participating in INTERNATIONAL Casino Hotel & Tower Suites conferences and events will be provided with free-of-charge parking.

Do you offer shuttle service for the guests of the event?

Yes, we are able to arrange for transfer services, provided advanced notice.

Do spa services, transfers and excursions have to be paid additionally?

Yes, all these services are provided at an extra charge.

Is there internet access in the conference rooms?

Internet access is free in the conferencing center facilities, as well as, in all public areas of the hotel.

Can we put advertising materials in front of the hall during the event?

Yes, we can place advertising materials in the designated space, in front of the event hall in use.

Can you provide us with the place for registration?

Yes, we can partition a special place for the registration, in front of the event hall in use.

Is it possible to use/bring our own equipment for the event? Is there an additional cost for this?

Yes, you can use a third party equipment provider at no additional cost.

Is it possible to hold coffee breaks in the conference hall instead of the lobby?

Yes, this can be arranged, provided advanced notice.
